NEW SUBJECTS:
1. Request for filling up the PA post of
Vanapuram S.O which is a B Class office and CBS office with over work load.
2. Request for cause of supply of revolving
chairs for the working of officials in the computerized offices which are now
working with the ‘S’ type chairs that causes back pain.
3. Request for repair of A/C in the finance
mart which is under fault for one year. Finance mart is a glass covered space
which causes suffocation, illness and breathing problems for the public and
staff. If this is not possible, the glass panel may be dismantled and ceiling fans
provided.
4. Request for change of computer peripherals
which is beyond 5 years mainly in Head Post offices, LSG offices,’A’ Class
offices as per the guidelines circulated by the Directorate. In ‘B’ class
offices and ‘C’ Class offices RAM should be upgraded to its maximum capacity as
per the compatibility of the system due to implementation of CBS & Mccamish
c/o Tandarampattu. Printers exceeding life time may be abandoned.
5. Request for regularisation of long time
deputation and calling for the volunteers for the vacant post that persist in
Division office and elsewhere in the division.
6. Request for filling up the treasurer post
in the Division as per the rules on the subject or relieve the Postmasters of
their responsibility of engaging an un approved/ineligible officials as
treasurer in the event of any adverse incidents.
7. Request for grant of Transport allowances
to eligible cases of exempted nature from the date they cease to draw Daily
allowances as per the restriction of TA rules.
8. Request for supply of revised
NHB/DMSL/Lines & stages of the sub offices consequent upon revision of BO
working hours by the IP’S c/o mandakolathur/ Santhavasal etc.
9. Request for revised lines and stages on
abolition/on keeping of EDMC post in skeleton for the past 2 years.
10. Request for provision of fan/air cooler to
the Divisional office where the scorching heat makes officials weary and
exhausted.
