Sub: Construction work under Perilous situation in Tiruvannamalai H.O- Reg.

Respected Sir,

                           The major portion of the Divisional office is affected by the leakage and the subsequent seepage of rainwater due to improper construction process carried out by the constructor while relaying the floor of terrace. The rubbles of scraped and demolished floors were left as such paving no way for the rain water to get flushed out in the usual pipe line fixed. This resulted in the leakage as every one knows on Friday night ( 24.04.2015).

                        Despite two days have elapsed, the seepage still continues in the second floor and debris are being only removed today. The seepage in the wall and pillar side testifies the fact that the building is fully dampened. Otherwise, to put in precise terms. The building has become weakened and unfit for allowing any adding up of weight till it becomes fit and dry.

                        It is therefore necessary to rethink over the immediate construction of flooring in the present humid and the feeble condition. According it is not prudent to continue the work of the construction without taking the advice of experts from the civil side. The electrical fitting are in the shambles and prone to cause adverse effect and electro locution.   

                        Kindly do the needful and avoid the risk lives of the intimates now bound to confront with.
